Should you encounter any problems within 30 days of receiving your order, such as discrepancies between the received and approved artwork, any manufacturing defects, discrepancies in the product description, or if the items are unused and unwashed, we are prepared to offer a refund or replacement.

For a swift and efficient resolution, please provide a photograph of the item you received and describe why it did not meet your expectations. This information will aid us in evaluating your case and enhancing our products and services.

Please be aware that our refund policy is applicable for 30 days following the delivery date. Regrettably, if 30 days have elapsed since receipt of your item, we are unable to offer a refund.

 

Damaged or Low-Quality Items

At PrintMarvels, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality that fully meet your expectations. However, should you receive an item that is defective or does not match the quality promised, we are prepared to address any issues stemming from the manufacturing or delivery process. You may be entitled to a complimentary refund or replacement if such a claim is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

To proceed with a refund or replacement request, please contact our customer service via Livechat. For a swift resolution, we ask that you provide a photograph of the item showing the defect or poor quality. Ideally, the photo should be taken on a flat surface where the tag and the flaw are clearly visible.

Upon reviewing your submission, we will expedite a replacement if the defect is confirmed, and you will not be required to return the original defective item. This process will not only address your current issue but also help us prevent future occurrences.

Please note, this warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to:

  • Damage due to accidents
  • Improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Color degradation and material breakdown due to sun exposure
  • Modifications made after purchase.

Keep in mind that our policy is effective for 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since you received the item, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.

 

Product Not Received

If your delivery is more delayed than expected, you are entitled to request either a refund or a replacement for your order. Please contact our customer service agent via chat, provide your order details, and we will prioritize your request for immediate resolution.

Please note:

  • You must submit your request within 30 days of placing the order. Beyond this period, tracking information may expire, making it difficult for us to provide further assistance.

  • Should we proceed with a refund, the amount will be credited back to your account within 5-10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing times.
